We focus on quality, compliance, and reliable fulfillment while providing customers with straightforward purchasing and delivery options.All products sold by Lifted Remedies are derived from federally legal hemp and are third-party lab tested to ensure compliance with applicable federal standards, including the requirement that products contain no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis, in accordance with the 2018 U.S. Farm Bill. Orders are prepared and fulfilled only after payment is received, allowing us to maintain consistency and attention to detail with every purchase.Customers may browse our website without making a purchase. Certain features—such as checkout, delivery selection, and order fulfillment will require the submission of personal and payment information. Our services are intended for adults aged 21 years or older, where permitted by law.

Shipping & Delivery Overview
We currently offer two fulfillment options: Standard Shipping via third-party carriers and Local Delivery within designated service areas. Available options are presented during checkout, and availability may vary based on location.
Standard Shipping

Standard shipping orders are fulfilled through third-party carriers, including USPS and UPS

Shipping Options

  • USPS Ground Advantage®: Estimated delivery 3–7 business days after processing
  • USPS Priority Mail®: Estimated delivery 2–3 business days after processing

Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 business day of payment.
  • We make every effort to ship orders the following business day after processing.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • Lifted Remedies is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
  • ID verification and/or signature confirmation WILL be required upon delivery for new unauthenticated customers.
  • Customers who have had their age ID verified may still be required to provide ID and/or signature upon delivery.
Local Delivery

Local Delivery is fulfilled directly by the Lifted Remedies team and is available 7 days a week, between 12:00 PM and 9:00 PM EST*.

Delivery Timing

  • Orders placed and paid before 7:00 PM are prioritized for same-day delivery when possible. While same-day delivery is not guaranteed, we make every reasonable effort to fulfill these orders as quickly as possible.
  • Orders placed and paid after 7:00 PM are typically delivered the following day.
  • Customers may request a specific future delivery date at checkout.

While same-day delivery is a priority, limited staffing or unforeseen circumstances may require delivery to occur the next day.

*The hours of 12PM and 9PM EST are our drivers' hours of delivery. Ordering before 9PM does not mean your order will be delivered that day.

Delivery Assurances

  • If a local delivery order is not completed by the day following payment, the local delivery fee will be refunded, and the order will still be delivered at the earliest available opportunity.
  • Orders scheduled for a future delivery date are fulfilled on the requested date under normal operating conditions. If we are unable to complete delivery on the scheduled date due to unforeseen circumstances, the local delivery fee will be refunded.

Delivery Method

  • For meet-at-door deliveries. ID will need to be shown at the time of delivery in order to verify age of the recipient.
  • Delivery drop offs MUST take place at a residential or business at the front door/entrance. For the safety of our drivers, they cannot make deliveries at any back-entrances or inside residences. Please make sure your front entrance is well lit before our driver arrives.
  • Our drivers reserve the right the cancel delivery at any time for any reason.
Shipping Insurance (Standard Shipping Only)

Optional shipping insurance is available for standard shipping orders at a flat rate of 10% of the order total.

Coverage Includes

  • Damage during transit
  • Lost packages
  • Packages seized by a carrier or regulatory agency

Claims

Additional Terms

  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of payment.
  • Damage claims require photo or video documentation.
  • Once damage is confirmed and deemed not the fault of the recipient:
    • A return label will be provided
    • A replacement will be issued after confirmation that the damaged item is in transit back to us

If a package is deemed lost or seized, we will work with the carrier and customer to resolve the issue. If insurance was purchased and the package is confirmed lost, a replacement order will be issued.

  • Shipping insurance is not available for local delivery.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or void shipping insurance at any time. If canceled, the insurance fee will be refunded.
Returns, Cancellations & Order Issues
  • All sales are final once an order has shipped.
  • Orders may be modified or canceled prior to payment or shipment, though changes are not guaranteed.
  • Customers who believe they received an incorrect order should contact us as soon as possible so the issue can be addressed.
  • Refunds are only issued as outlined under Shipping Insurance or Local Delivery assurances.
