Are all sales final at Lifted Remedies?

Because Lifted Remedies sells consumable, age-restricted hemp products, all sales are final except where the Refunds, Replacements & Order Issues Policy expressly provides a remedy or where applicable law requires one. Conventional returns or exchanges based on personal preference, dissatisfaction with a product's subjective effects, flavor, aroma, potency expectations, compatibility, or a customer's decision that the product is no longer wanted are not accepted.

What are the reporting deadlines for order issues?

For carrier-shipped orders, incorrect, missing, or visibly damaged products must be reported within 48 hours after delivery. For local-delivery orders, issues must be reported at handoff or within 24 hours after delivery. Defective disposable vapes and cartridges must be reported within seven calendar days for carrier-shipped orders or within 48 hours for local deliveries. Packages marked delivered but not received must be reported within 24 hours after the delivery scan.

What evidence is required for a claim?

Lifted Remedies may request evidence including the order number, a written description of the issue, photographs of the shipping or delivery package, shipping label, packing materials, affected product, product labels, lot information, serial numbers, QR codes, video showing hardware malfunction or troubleshooting steps, and other information reasonably necessary to connect the affected item to the order. An unboxing video is strongly preferred for claims involving missing, incorrect, substituted, or damaged contents.

What remedies are available for approved claims?

After reviewing an approved claim, Lifted Remedies will select a commercially reasonable remedy based on the type of issue, available inventory, applicable law, and circumstances. A remedy may include supplying a missing quantity or item, replacing the affected product, replacing it with a reasonably comparable product, issuing store credit, refunding some or all of the affected purchase to the original payment method, or providing another reasonable resolution agreed upon with the customer.

Can I return an opened product?

Lifted Remedies does not accept opened consumable products for return and may deny or reduce a remedy when opening or use prevents verification or makes the product unsuitable for lawful resale. This limitation does not apply when the discrepancy could not reasonably have been identified before opening, materially similar packaging concealed an incorrect size, quantity, or strength, Lifted determines that another remedy is appropriate, or applicable law requires a remedy.

How are defective disposable vapes and cartridges handled?

A customer requesting a remedy for a defective disposable vape or cartridge must submit the claim within the applicable reporting period, follow written or video troubleshooting instructions, complete at least three applicable troubleshooting steps, provide video demonstrating the malfunction, provide requested photographs or video of packaging, and retain the device and packaging until the claim is resolved. For an approved defect claim, Lifted will ordinarily provide no more than one replacement per purchased unit.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Cancellation and change requests are not guaranteed. A local-delivery order may be canceled before a driver has been assigned and dispatched. A carrier-shipped order may generally be canceled before its shipping label is printed. Product changes may be requested before the assigned driver begins the delivery route for a local order or before the order is tendered to the carrier for a shipped order.

What happens if I provide an incorrect delivery address?

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If a corrected address remains within Lifted's local-delivery area and is provided before driver dispatch, Lifted will attempt to reroute the order. If the corrected address is provided after dispatch, Lifted may reattempt delivery at the end of the driver's current delivery block, move the delivery to a later available time, reschedule for the next available window, or cancel the delivery when rerouting is not reasonably possible. If the corrected address is in a delivery zone with a higher fee, Lifted may send an invoice for the difference.

What are the age and identity verification requirements?

All customers and recipients must satisfy Lifted's age and identity-verification requirements. For a customer's first local delivery, the named customer must be present and provide valid, acceptable government-issued photo identification at handoff. For carrier shipping, a customer's first carrier-shipped order will require the carrier's applicable adult-signature and identification service at delivery. After successful verification, the customer may be treated as verified for future deliveries, though Lifted may require re-verification when account, identity, name, address, order, payment, or delivery information changes.

Are delivery fees and driver tips refundable?

If an order fails because of an error by Lifted or its driver, Lifted will refund the affected merchandise, applicable tax, delivery fee, and driver tip. When a driver has already been assigned and dispatched, the driver tip and the portion of the delivery fee already earned or committed to driver compensation may be nonrefundable if the delivery fails because of customer cancellation, customer absence or unavailability, an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address, a customer-requested reroute, refusal of the order, failure to complete required identification or age verification, delivery-zone circumvention, unsafe customer conduct, or other customer-caused circumstances.

How long does refund processing take?

Lifted normally reviews a claim within three to five business days after receiving all requested information and evidence. Once a refund is approved, Lifted will normally initiate it within one to two business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. After Lifted initiates a refund, the customer's bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
