This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how Lifted Remedies LLC (“Lifted,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) processes, ships, and locally delivers customer orders. It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy. Those policies govern order acceptance, cancellations, claims, refunds, replacements, and other remedies.
Lifted offers carrier shipping through eligible United States Postal Service (“USPS”) and United Parcel Service (“UPS”) services, as displayed at checkout. Lifted also provides its own local delivery service within eligible portions of North Carolina and South Carolina. Local deliveries are completed by Lifted drivers and are not outsourced to third-party delivery platforms.
Available fulfillment methods depend on the products in the cart, the delivery address, current law, carrier requirements, staffing, capacity, weather, safety conditions, and other operational factors. Display of a shipping or delivery option at checkout does not guarantee that an order will be accepted.
An order confirmation, payment receipt, “order received” text message, label-created notice, or tracking email confirms only that Lifted received or began processing the order. It does not by itself constitute final acceptance.
For carrier-shipped orders, Lifted ordinarily aims to process the order within one business day and tender the package to the carrier within two business days. Processing includes reviewing the order, confirming inventory and eligibility, printing the label, and preparing the package. Monday through Friday are shipping business days. Weekends and federal holidays do not count as shipping business days, and no fixed same-day carrier cutoff is currently guaranteed.
Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, federal holidays, or after the practical pickup window may begin processing on the next shipping business day. If an order cannot be fulfilled within the stated timeframe, Lifted may contact the customer with an updated estimate, available substitution, cancellation option, or other remedy required by applicable law and the Refund Policy.
For local delivery, an order is accepted when a driver is assigned and dispatched. For carrier shipping, an order is accepted when Lifted tenders the package to the carrier, unless Lifted expressly accepts it earlier.
Carrier shipping is available only for products that Lifted and the selected carrier permit to be shipped to the destination. Eligible products may include qualifying hemp flower, prerolls, edibles, concentrates, and other lawful products.
Vaping products, cartridges, disposables, and related vaping items are not eligible for USPS or UPS carrier shipping through Lifted. They are available only through eligible local delivery or another fulfillment method expressly offered by Lifted. If a cart contains a carrier-ineligible vaping product, checkout may show no carrier option or prevent submission of the order. Customers should remove the ineligible item or select an eligible local-delivery address and method.
Lifted may reclassify any product as local-delivery-only, restrict a product by destination, or decline shipment when laws, carrier rules, product characteristics, or compliance concerns require it.
USPS and UPS services currently available for an order will appear at checkout. Service availability and delivery estimates vary by destination, product eligibility, package size and weight, carrier capacity, and other factors.
Carrier charges are based on live or estimated carrier rates and the estimated shipment weight. The amount displayed and accepted at checkout is the customer’s shipping charge unless the customer later requests a change that increases the cost.
Lifted does not currently maintain a standing free-shipping threshold. Free or discounted shipping may occasionally be offered through a specific promotion, coupon, or customer-service accommodation subject to the terms of that offer.
If a customer asks Lifted to divide an order into multiple packages, Lifted will determine whether the request can be accommodated. If the split increases the shipping cost, the customer must pay the difference through a separate invoice before the additional shipment is sent.
Original shipping charges are refundable only as provided in the Refund Policy or required by law.
All customers must be at least 21 years old. A first carrier-shipped order requires delivery signature and presentation of valid government-issued photo identification through the applicable USPS Adult Signature or UPS Adult Signature Required service. Lifted may also require adult signature and identification on later orders, and a carrier may require it under its own rules.
The person accepting a verification-required package must be at least 21 years old and satisfy the carrier’s identification requirements. Carrier personnel control the verification procedure at delivery. Lifted covers any separate verification surcharge that was not already included in the shipping rate shown at checkout; customers are not charged a separate post-purchase verification fee merely because verification is required.
A carrier may refuse delivery when no eligible adult is available, identification is unavailable or invalid, the recipient refuses verification, or carrier requirements are not satisfied. Resulting reshipment, return, cancellation, or refund outcomes are governed by the Refund Policy.
Carrier transit estimates begin after the package is tendered to the carrier, not when the order is placed or a label is printed. Tracking may take time to update after tender.
Delivery dates supplied by USPS or UPS are estimates unless the selected service expressly includes a carrier-backed guarantee. Lifted does not control ordinary carrier scans, routing, transportation delays, weather interruptions, missed attempts, or service disruptions after tender. Lifted will nevertheless provide reasonable assistance when a shipment is materially delayed, lost, damaged, misdelivered, returned, or otherwise subject to a valid claim.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking, making an eligible adult available when signature is required, and promptly reporting problems within the timeframes in the Refund Policy. A “delivered” scan does not automatically defeat a good-faith claim, but Lifted may require the customer to check the property, household, building staff, neighbors, and carrier records before a remedy is determined.
Customers must provide a complete, accurate, and deliverable address. Lifted does not ship consumer orders to P.O. boxes, mail-forwarding services, freight-forwarding services, correctional facilities, schools or campuses, or other prohibited or unsuitable destinations.
Address changes are not guaranteed after an order is submitted. Customers should contact Lifted Support immediately if an address is incorrect. Lifted may correct the address when practical and lawful, but may require cancellation, replacement of the order, payment of additional carrier charges, or completion of verification before proceeding.
Customers may not reroute a package or change its destination in a way that bypasses product restrictions, age verification, local-delivery eligibility, fraud screening, or applicable law. Customer-caused costs resulting from an incorrect address, unauthorized rerouting, failed delivery, refusal, or return to sender may remain nonrefundable as stated in the Refund Policy.
Separately arranged wholesale transactions may follow different address and fulfillment rules under a written wholesale agreement.
Lifted provides local delivery only to addresses accepted by the geographic service-area system at checkout.
The Standard Delivery Zone has a $6 delivery fee. The Premium Delivery Zone has an $8 delivery fee. Both zones require a minimum merchandise subtotal of $24.99, as calculated at checkout.
Delivery-zone eligibility is determined by the precise mapped service boundaries used by checkout, not by an entire ZIP code, city, neighborhood, or mailing address label. If an address is outside both zones, local delivery will not appear as an available method. If a customer changes the address after selecting local delivery, checkout will revalidate the address and may remove that option.
The customer-facing service-area map is an estimate for planning purposes. Checkout validation controls. Lifted may temporarily reduce, pause, or disable local delivery because of driver availability, order volume, severe weather, unsafe road conditions, emergencies, legal restrictions, or other operational needs.
Local delivery ordinarily operates seven days per week from 12:00 p.m. through 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time, including most holidays. Orders placed by 8:00 p.m. may be eligible for same-day delivery, subject to acceptance, driver availability, order volume, verification, distance, weather, and safety. Orders placed after 8:00 p.m. normally move to the following delivery day.
Customers may submit delivery notes or request a future date or time at checkout. Lifted will honor an accepted request that falls within delivery hours when reasonably possible. A requested date or time is not guaranteed until Lifted or the assigned driver confirms it. If a request cannot be accommodated, Lifted will contact the customer to arrange another window.
After receiving the order, Lifted may send an operational text message confirming receipt. Once a driver is assigned and dispatched, the driver will identify themselves, provide an estimated arrival time, and send reasonable status updates. The estimate may change because of traffic, weather, earlier deliveries, customer delays, or safety conditions.
Customers must provide a working telephone number and remain reasonably reachable during the delivery window. Drivers ordinarily communicate by text message and may call when necessary.
All local-delivery customers must be at least 21 years old. Lifted requires age and identity verification on a customer’s first local delivery and may require re-verification on later orders because of account changes, address changes, prior verification issues, suspected misuse, legal requirements, or other risk-based triggers.
A verification-required order must be handed directly to an eligible recipient who presents valid government-issued photo identification and satisfies Lifted’s verification requirements. “Leave at Door,” unattended-drop, delivery-note, or customer-contact requests cannot override required verification.
Lifted may refuse or stop a delivery if the recipient is underage, identification is unavailable, invalid, altered, or inconsistent, the recipient refuses verification, the delivery environment is unsafe, or Lifted reasonably suspects fraud or unlawful activity. Refunds, nonrefundable customer-caused costs, and any fee for deliberate verification deception are governed by the Refund Policy.
For an attended or verification-required delivery, the driver will ordinarily knock or ring at the approved entrance and wait approximately three minutes for a response. If there is no response, the driver will send a text message. After approximately five minutes without contact, the driver may ask Lifted Support to attempt contact.
For a verification-required delivery, if the customer remains unavailable approximately 15 minutes after the driver’s first text attempt, the driver may end the attempt and return the order to Lifted. A driver may leave sooner when remaining at the location would be unsafe or unlawful.
If the customer responds after the driver has departed or continued the route, Lifted may attempt delivery again at the end of the current route if the driver is available and the customer confirms that an eligible recipient and valid identification will be present. A second attempt is not guaranteed.
For an order eligible for unattended delivery, a customer may request “Leave at Door.” The driver will first knock or ring and, if there is no response, send a text message. After approximately five minutes from that text, the driver may leave the order in a discreet, reasonably safe location near the approved entrance. The driver will then send a completion message and a photograph showing the location. Lifted may decline unattended delivery when the location is exposed, unsafe, prohibited, or unsuitable.
Customer-caused failed attempts, redelivery, cancellation, and refund outcomes are governed by the Refund Policy. There is no automatic delivery-fee refund solely because same-day delivery was unavailable, a requested time was missed, the customer was absent, verification failed, weather or safety required a delay, or the customer requested rescheduling.
Residential deliveries ordinarily occur at the primary exterior entrance. Business deliveries ordinarily occur at the public front entrance or another safe, authorized exterior handoff point. Drivers will not enter a residence, hotel room, apartment unit, restricted workplace area, rear entrance area, or other private interior space to complete a delivery. Drivers are not required to wait in hotel, motel, or apartment lobbies.
Hotels and motels are eligible only when the customer meets the driver outside in a safe, well-lit area and presents matching valid identification whenever verification is required.
Delivery to an RV, camper, converted van, or other mobile dwelling may be permitted when it is genuinely being used as the customer’s residence, is located at a lawful and reasonably safe delivery site, and is disclosed in the delivery notes before dispatch. Acceptance remains within the driver’s reasonable safety discretion.
Lifted does not deliver to ordinary passenger vehicles, roadside pull-offs, parking-lot meetups, wooded or isolated rendezvous points, schools or campuses, government facilities, correctional facilities, mail- or freight-forwarding locations, or any place the driver reasonably considers unsafe, unlawful, misleading, or inconsistent with the address provided at checkout.
Lifted may pause or delay local delivery when ice, flooding, hurricanes, severe storms, road closures, emergencies, civil disturbances, vehicle problems, driver illness, or other conditions make travel unsafe or impractical. When feasible, Lifted will post a service alert on the website and contact affected customers.
Drivers have authority to delay, refuse, or end a delivery when they reasonably believe the route, location, recipient, handoff conditions, animal activity, traffic, weather, or other circumstances create a safety risk. Lifted will contact the customer to reschedule, cancel, or provide another available remedy under the Refund Policy.
Customer convenience does not require a driver to speed, drive distracted, violate traffic laws, enter an unsafe location, or continue during hazardous conditions.
Customers should inspect an order promptly after receipt and report damaged, defective, missing, incorrect, tampered, lost, or misdelivered items to Lifted Support within the applicable claim period in the Refund Policy.
The Refund Policy controls reporting deadlines, required evidence, eligibility, available remedies, replacement procedures, refunds, store credit, nonrefundable charges, and claim review. This Shipping & Delivery Policy does not create shipping insurance or limit any mandatory consumer remedy.
Lifted may work with USPS, UPS, payment providers, service providers, drivers, or law enforcement as appropriate to investigate a claim. Customers must provide truthful information and reasonably cooperate with the investigation.
Cancellation and product-change requests are not guaranteed after an order is submitted. Customers should contact Lifted Support as quickly as possible.
Lifted may cancel or modify fulfillment when a product is unavailable, inventory or pricing is materially incorrect, payment or fraud review fails, verification cannot be completed, the destination or product is restricted, a carrier refuses the shipment, the address is invalid, delivery conditions are unsafe, or fulfillment would violate law or policy.
The Refund Policy governs cancellation eligibility, substitutions, customer-requested changes, failed verification, customer-caused costs, refunds, replacements, and processing times.
Customers may order only for delivery to a jurisdiction where the products and fulfillment method are lawful and permitted by Lifted. Lifted does not currently accept or fulfill orders addressed to:
Alabama, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Wyoming, or Washington, D.C.
These restrictions apply to the entire order, including non-hemp items. Lifted may add, remove, or modify destination restrictions without advance notice when laws, regulations, enforcement positions, carrier requirements, product eligibility, or business risk changes. Checkout availability is not a legal opinion and does not prevent Lifted from reviewing or canceling an order before acceptance.
Customers may not use forwarding services, false addresses, address substitutions, package rerouting, another person, or any other method to evade a destination restriction.
This Policy explains fulfillment procedures. The Terms and Conditions govern the overall agreement and order acceptance. The Refund Policy governs cancellations, claims, fees, refunds, replacements, and other remedies. Checkout disclosures govern transaction-specific prices, fees, service selections, and accepted delivery details.
If a transaction-specific checkout disclosure expressly conflicts with this Policy, the checkout disclosure controls only for that transaction. Mandatory rights under applicable law always remain available.
Lifted may update this Policy to reflect changes in delivery zones, fees, schedules, carriers, verification systems, products, destination restrictions, law, or operations. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the version in effect when an order is placed will govern that order.
